Festivities kick off with the 30 x 30: Gala Dinner, held in the Regent Theatre's Plaza Ballroom on Thursday 28 July. Prepare for a taste sensation, with 30 courses of cocktail and family-style dishes comprised of seasonal dishes, delicate pastries and rich desserts. The chefs hail from lauded restaurants, such as Attica, Vue de Monde, Gimlet, Igni, Aru and Provenance, to name a few.
Exploration of the culinary arts continues throughout winter, with the 30 x 30 Dinner Series. Wine and dine in style with intimate dining experiences at top-tier restaurants. Expect carefully curated menus from the 30 under 30 chefs over lunch and dinner at celebrated eateries. Sit back and enjoy five-courses of mouth-watering food accompanied with fine wine at Cutler & Co. Breathe in the scents from the wood-fired kitchen at Embla where you can expect a fusion of modern, Asian, Nordic and European cuisine as chefs come together to prepare a sensational lunch, or treat your palate to a gastronomic experience at Matilda 159 Domain, Stokehouse or Society.
